OLATUNJI ORISABINONE (MD/CEO)
Tunji started his insurance professional career years ago in Harris & Jones Insurance Brokers. He later proceeded to First Universal Insurance Brokers Ltd (A Subsidiary of Universal Trust Bank Plc), where he effectively managed several units including Underwriting, Finance, Admin and Business Development leading to his elevation as GM/CEO in 2005. He holds a B.Sc. degree in Economics from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife and Masters in Business Administration from Federal University of Technology, Akure. In pursuance of continuing education, he had his Executive management program at the Metropolitan School of Business and Management. He is an Associate member Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (ACIIN), The Nigerian Council of Registered Insurance Brokers (NCRIB) and Member Institute of Directors (MIoD).
His exceptional customer-focused approach tinged with people skills have tremendously assisted in the transitioning of the outfit from UBN Insurance Brokers Ltd (a subsidiary of Union Bank of Nig. Plc) to UBL Insurance Brokers Ltd, resulting in enhanced market share.
MR. BABATUNDE FAMILUA (HEAD, TECHNICAL OPERATIONS/REINSURANCE)
He was formerly with Leadway Assurance Co. Ltd., where he started his career as an underwriter before joining First Universal Insurance Brokers Ltd. (now UBL Insurance Brokers Ltd.). A Bachelor of Science Degree holder in Agriculture (Animal Science) from the prestigious Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Osun State; he is an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (ACIIN). He has served in various capacities in the Company before assuming this current position. Mr. T. Familua has attended many courses/workshops on Underwriting/Claims, Marketing, Selling Skills and Client Services organized by top-rated industry experts.
MRS.OLUWASEUN MOYIN TAIWO FCA (HEAD, FINANCE/ADMIN)
She started her career with a Fund Management Company – Capital Trust Brokers Ltd. before joining UBL Insurance Brokers Ltd. She holds a B.Sc. in Accounting from the University of Ilorin, Kwara State. Seun also holds a Master Degree in Finance from University of Lagos. A fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, Seun has cognate experience in financial reporting, investment analysis, internal control and compliance. She has attended several workshops/seminars organized by reputable industry experts. She currently heads the Finance/Admin Unit of the Organization.
KEMI YUSUF (MRS.) (HEAD, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT)
Before moving on to Glanvil Enthoven & Co. Nigeria Ltd. and a brief spell at J Akin George Company Ltd., she began her career at Aiico Insurance Plc. She later joined UBL Insurance Brokers Limited. She has a Master of Business Administration from Ajayi Crowther University in Oyo and a Higher Diploma in Insurance from Lagos State Polytechnic. She has participated in numerous workshops and courses on marketing, sales, and customer relationship management that have been held at reputable institutions including Lagos Business School. She is currently in charge of the organization’s business development unit.
